Chocolate was my favorite, tastes delicious and despite what the directions say is fantastic with milk (and in waffles). Banana is great if you like artificial banana flavor but otherwise one might hate it.
I had a Shake for breakfast plus some almonds & craisins & it kept me full for my my 6 hour shift. At first I just felt extremely bloated but after a week or two it felt normal and I wasn’t bloated anymore.
Paired with my lunch (vegetables & chicken breast or salmon), a similar but slightly larger dinner(always ended up being large portion of some korean meat) and daily exercise of atleast 30 minutes(I did some insanity & swapped for Kickboxing workout—so cardio packed) I lost 15lbs in 3 months and Ive managed to keep it off since then.
